Custom Emotes
(Individual)

A - $25 for emotes of existing characters (Pokémon, OC, etc.) with simple poses or objects.B - $30-$35 for emotes of existing characters with complex poses and/or multiple characters.C - $35-$40 for emotes which require the creation of a new OC from scratch with consultation from the customer. Subsequent emotes if applicable are A or B.

Animated Emotes

The price is dependent on complexity of the concept and final product. This can include the estimated amount of frames, the posing and moving parts.

Multiple Custom Emotes (pack of 2-5)
$50~$200

Prices depend on complexity of poses and whether new OCs are required. The prices do not differ from individual emotes. No animation included.Example breakdowns:
$50 - 2 simple emotes of existing characters.
$75 - 1 new OC emote, 1 complex emote.
$150 - 1 new OC emote, 1 complex and 3 simple emotes.
$195 - 1 new OC emote and 4 complex emotes.

Custom Emote 6 Pack (1 Animated)
$175~$260

Info for the 5 Pack applies here.Prices include 5 static emotes and 1 animated emote.Example breakdowns (can range between):
$175 - 5 simple emotes of existing characters, 1 animated.
$240 - 1 new OC emote, 4 complex emotes, 1 animated.

Custom Chibi Icon
$30~$50

Price depends on subject/s, the pose, additional items and the extent of character details required. A simple background is included. An OC creation will also attract a slightly higher fee.

Custom PNGTuber Design and/or Modifications
$3~$70

$30-$50 - Base design. Price depends on subject, poses and detail. This can include up to 3 simple variations. The base will include open eyes and mouth - the included variations could be half open mouth + closed mouth and eyes. You can opt for other or less variations.$3-$20 - Modifications/add ins to base design. Price depends on the extent of changes/add ins.

Important Notes

I take commissions through Artistree. Please note that Artistree charges the customer a small fee per transaction. With that said, artists get 100% of their asking prices and trees get planted which is pretty cool!Emotes are considered as Commercial Use so please remember to tick the box at the end of the little Artistree request form.As a courtesy I would appreciate that any Twitch emotes I create are Attributed to me. This is a wonderful way to credit an artist and also great to check out other artists you've never come across before. My user on Twitch is cloudiefluffs.Emotes are delivered as a 112 x 112 file.

Terms of Service (TOS)

01 - General Terms

  • Prices are subject to change at my sole discretion.

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • Further distribution of my work is strictly prohibited.

02 - Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Commissions are to be made and paid through Artistree.

03 - Process and Delivery

  • The time it takes to finish commissions can vary 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece(s) and other work.

  • I will however do my best to update you should unexpected events occur.

  • Emote Specific: Once the piece is finished the customer will receive a digital 112 x 112 copy. Note that there is no physical product.

  • Emote Specific: Once the piece is finished the customer may request a higher quality copy of an emote for the sole purpose of using as a profile picture or icon. I can agree to this in my sole discretion. This will be at no extra charge so long as no changes are required to the piece. Copyright & Usage conditions in 05 still apply.

  • Icon Specific: Once the piece is finished the customer will receive a digital copy that is at least 1000 x 1000. Note that there is no physical product.

  • Icon Specific: These are for personal use only. The customer may use the commissioned piece on various platforms as profile pictures.

  • Icon Specific: Should the customer wish to make a PNGTuber in the future with the finished piece, they can submit a separate commission for variations on the original. This will then become for commercial use and Copyright & Usage conditions in 05 still apply.

  • PNGTuber Specific: Once the piece is finished the customer will receive digital copies of their order. This will include separate copies for each variation combination. The copies will be around 1000 x 1000. Dimensions may vary depending on the pose. Note that there is no physical product

  • PNGTuber Specific: The customer may also use the commissioned design as a profile picture/icon. Copyright & Usage conditions in 05 still apply.

04 - Revisions

  • You are entitled to 3 rounds of changes per commissioned piece included in the price.

  • Round 1 is while finalising the sketch.

  • Round 2 is while finalising the line art.

  • Round 3 is while confirming the colours.

  • No major changes are to be made to the line art post-Round 3 unless there are small tweaks for readability.

  • Should I reach out to you in my sole discretion about changes, I will stipulate that in the communications. These do not count towards the 3 rounds and do not attract extra costs.

  • Extra fees will have to be paid if you wish to change something on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra change depends on the change you want me to make however is unlikely to exceed the original price of the commission.

  • If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

05 - Copyright & Usage

I, creator of the piece(s) (the artist):

  • reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason;

  • retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork;

  • will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, I do not own your likeness, etc.);

  • reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications in the future;

  • reserve the right to stream and share the creative process on any platform; and

  • own the right to any materials developed as a result of delivering the services.

You (the customer/client/commissioner):

  • understand that "Emotes" and "PNGTubers" that are used on Twitch (and other streaming platforms) are for Commercial Use and have permission only to use the commissioned piece in this capacity;

  • may use the commissioned piece on your own Twitch, Discord and YouTube;

  • must obtain approval from the artist before posting the commissioned piece on a different platform not previously stated;

  • may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent;

  • retain the right to the intellectual property (IP) if applicable; and

  • you may not use the commission artwork for commercial purposes unless stipulated and paid for upfront at the time of requesting the commission.

The following is considered as copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. This means making money off it in any way not included in the agreement.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

06 - Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You are not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

  • The kill fee for cancelling a commission after work has commenced is 50% of the commission's price. You will then receive the work as is.

  • If you wish to cancel the commission after the work has started, you can be issued a refund but agree to pay the kill fee.
